iParaV ^TM ERP is an online ERP system which stores financial related information about a company/organisation as provided or entered by that company/organisation. iParaV ^TM ERP will store information that is entered by you, or automatically imported by you. The Data entered or imported by you remains solely your property and iParaV will not use nor make available for use any of your information without your permission. top

Data Access Control

The Data entered, or imported by you, is stored securely in a server and is only accessible to any person you have authorized to use the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your password safe. iParaV, iParaV's staff and iParaV's partners do not have access to your password and are unable to access your Organisation's account or Data without your permission to do so.. iParaV will never access the details of any financial transaction entered and stored in the Service. iParaV will never access the system usage history for a specific identifiable user, except where granted permission by that person to assist with the resolution of a system issue, e.g., when upgrading to a dedicated server, or when encountering an error. iParaV's staff and key commercial partners can access non-identifying, aggregated usage information and transaction volumes to better understand how our customers are using the Service. The collected data will enable iParaV to improve the system design and, where appropriate, have the system prompt users with suggestions on ways to improve their own use of the system. Data is available any time

Provided you have met your obligations under the Service Terms of Use, on request iParaV will provide you with a full export of the Data in a common file format determined by iParaV for a fee. Access to the Data may be permanently deleted by iParaV at your request or 45 days after payment for the Service ceases. top

Internet Security

iParaV's servers have Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificates issued by the leading certificate authority COMODO, therefore all Data transported between your browser and the Service is encrypted. Users should be aware that generally, the Internet is not a secure environment. You should only enter or import data to the server within a secure environment – this means that your browser must support the encryption security used in connection with the Service. iParaV will store your Data in the location it considers will give you the most efficient access from wherever in the world you may be. However, access and storage controls via the Service are administered by iParaV, as the custodian of that Data, in Australia.

Credit Card Payments

iParaV uses PayPal as our e-commerce solution, so your credit card details are not stored by the Service and cannot be accessed by the iParaV staff. top

Your Identity is Safe

The Service does not store "cookies" and other technical measures in your PC. Therefore, it does not identify you personally or contain any other information about you or your Organisation. iParaV will not sell or otherwise provide your personal information to a third party, or make any other use of personal information about you for any purpose which is not incidental to the normal use of the Service. top

The Service may contain links to other sites belonging to third parties that are beyond the management of iParaV. Please note that we cannot vouch for or be responsible for the privacy practices of non-iParaV sites. top

Email Communications

iParaV sends billing information, product information, Service updates and Service notifications to you via email. Where appropriate, email communications will contain clear and obvious instructions disclosing how you can opt out from receiving promotion emails. iParaV will remove you from the promotion mailing list upon your opt-out request. top
